1. Website purpose
This website describes managed digital services offered by Svelex IT USA to business customers. Information on this website is general and does not create a service agreement.
2. Free preliminary result
The free Growth & Risk result combines information you submit with a limited automated source review of one public homepage. It is not a full technical or accessibility audit. No payment or credit card is required.
3. Accessibility and legal boundary
Svelex may offer separately scoped accessibility engineering using WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria as technical targets. Website content and technical services are not legal advice, legal certification, proof of WCAG conformance or a guarantee of ADA compliance or lawsuit avoidance.
4. No outcome guarantee
Svelex does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, AI-search citations, security, uptime, recovery time or other business outcomes. Results depend on customer actions, market conditions, configuration, vendors and other factors.
5. Paid services and checkout
Managed monthly services begin only after the customer receives and accepts a written proposal or agreement describing scope, fees, setup costs, third-party charges, responsibilities and delivery terms. Svelex may then issue a time-limited private Stripe Checkout link tied to the approved request reference. The 48-Hour Website Launch Sprint is the only offer available through public direct checkout. Payment confirms only the published Sprint scope and these terms; it does not add services or override written scope boundaries.
6. 48-Hour Website Launch Sprint
The listed $2,499 Sprint is a one-time production offer for up to 12 total pages within the approved page structure and written scope. Each included page receives an individual content hierarchy and approved composition inside one consistent brand system; the offer is not a batch of identical cloned pages. Shared navigation, accessibility, security and reusable interface components remain consistent. The Sprint does not include planning time, discovery time, concept development, unlimited revisions or a managed monthly plan unless separately agreed.
6.1 Production Ready starting point
The two-business-day production period begins only after the final design direction, page structure and agreed scope are approved; all required content, brand assets, access and customer approvals are complete; and Svelex confirms Production Ready status in writing with the applicable starting time and delivery deadline. Planning, design selection and concept development happen before this confirmation and do not count toward production time.
6.2 Delivery definition
Delivery means that the agreed first production version is made available for customer review at the documented preview or production location. Final domain launch, DNS propagation, third-party review, customer acceptance, new requests and revisions outside the agreed production scope are not part of the production deadline.
When the customer supplies complete high-resolution desktop and mobile screenshots as the approved reference, Svelex can recreate the agreed visual layout and interactions with pixel-level precision and functional fidelity within the written scope. Responsive behavior, accessibility requirements, customer asset rights, font or media licenses, browser differences and third-party platform limitations may require documented adjustments. The customer confirms that it has permission to use all supplied references and assets.
6.3 Production Promise and refund
If Svelex misses the written production deadline for reasons within Svelex control, Svelex will initiate a full refund of the $2,499 Sprint price to the original payment method. The customer may keep completed customer-specific work delivered up to that point. Reusable Svelex systems, internal tools, source generators, licensed fonts, stock assets, third-party software and other non-transferable materials are excluded. Bank or card processing can delay when a refund appears after Svelex initiates it.
6.4 Pauses and exclusions
The deadline pauses or the Production Promise does not apply when delivery is affected by missing or changed customer materials, delayed feedback, changed scope, additional revisions, unavailable customer access, third-party outages, platform review, DNS propagation, force majeure or events outside Svelex control. Any pause or revised deadline will be documented.
6.5 Industry and outcome boundaries
Law-firm content must be reviewed and approved by the firm before publication. SEO, GEO and accessibility work does not guarantee rankings, indexing, legal compliance, WCAG conformance, revenue, security or uptime.
7. Submitted information
Provide accurate business information and do not submit client names, case details, health information, payment-card data, passwords, credentials or other confidential or sensitive information through the free scan or general inquiry forms.
8. Third-party services
Hosting, security, CRM, communications, AI and other third-party services may have separate terms and availability limits. Their inclusion in a customer project is defined in the written scope.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design and Svelex brand assets may not be copied, republished or used to imply an affiliation without written permission.
