Privacy Notice

Effective date: July 13, 2026.

1. Notice at collection

The free result and inquiry forms may request a website URL, business email, company, industry, estimated lead volume, current tools, stated business problem and consent status. This information is processed to create the requested preliminary result, route the inquiry to Svelex IT, send a receipt confirmation and respond to the request. Submitting these forms does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

2. Current storage and recipients

The current Cloudflare Pages configuration processes contact and free-scan requests. Submitted details are emailed through Resend to Svelex IT at info@svelex-it.com, and a confirmation is sent to the business email supplied in the form. Submission content may therefore be retained in the receiving and sending mailboxes and by the email delivery provider under their applicable terms and retention practices. The website is not connected to a marketing-email system. Standard infrastructure logs may be processed by Cloudflare.

3. Private checkout and payment data

After a written scope is approved, Svelex may issue a time-limited private checkout link. The approval record may include the business email, company, request reference, selected plan, expiration and payment or onboarding status in Cloudflare KV. Payment is processed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe receives the billing and payment information entered there under its applicable privacy terms. This website does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

4. Sensitive information

Do not submit client names, case details, health information, payment data, passwords, credentials or other confidential or sensitive information through these forms.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 is available only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” Before that choice, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. When enabled, it may process page paths, page titles, coarse device and location information, and selected conversion actions such as opening a checkout or completing a request. Svelex does not send form entries, payment details or URL query values to analytics. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad-personalization signals remain disabled. The preference is stored in the visitor's browser and can be changed through “Analytics choices” in the footer.

This website does not use third-party advertising pixels, retargeting or cross-context behavioral advertising in its current configuration.

6. Sale or sharing of personal information

Svelex does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current website configuration.

7. Service providers and international processing

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, inquiry email is delivered through Resend, and approved payments may be processed through Stripe. These providers may process data in multiple countries under their terms and safeguards.

8. Privacy requests

To ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, email info@svelex-it.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting.

9. Children

This service is intended for business owners and operators. It is not designed for children or for knowingly collecting information from children.
